Relocation of Out Of Hours Service

Our out-of-hours provider is moving from Vets Now Newport to the Valley Vets.

Valley Vets Veterinary Hospital will look after the out-of-hours service between 6pm and 8.30am Monday to Friday and from 6pm Friday to 8.30am Mondays covering the full weekend. They will also cover Bank Holidays.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our Heath/Dr Doolittles clinics, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. Please continue to use our phone number as you calls out of hours will be automatically diverted to Valley Vets.
