 We can usually offer an appointment within 24 hours, if the case is urgent, you will normally be fitted into the next surgery. Emergencies will always be seen as soon as possible.
In the interests of continuity of care, we would encourage you to see the same veterinary surgeon at each appointment, especially if there is an ongoing problem. However, all the veterinary surgeons have days off and are also away on Continuing Education courses from time to time, so if you need an appointment quickly, you may have to see another vet. When making the appointment, please say who you wish to see. Please Remember that one appointment is for one pet only. If you need to bring two or more pets at the same time, each must be allocated an appointment slot.
